* හිසකෙස් තදින් ගැලවියන අයෙක් නම් හිස සම්භාහනය නොකරන්න.
* හිසකෙස්වල තෙතමනය තිඛෙන විට හිසෙහි තෙල් ගැල්වීමෙන් වලකින්න.
* පීනස තිබෙන අයෙක් නම් රාත්‍රියෙහි හිසෙහි තෙල් ගැල්වීමෙන් වලකින්න.
